Popped in here between shows. It's busy, vibrant and smells amazing!
I opted for the Benetton Burger (pictured) with mushroom, wasabi Mayo, caramelised onions and prosciutto. Excellent bun and great flavours.
A burger among burgers! 10/10

After a year of living in Brighton I finally came here after hearing so many positive comments... It didn't disappoint! Great burger - simple, delicious and packed full of flavour.

People working there are friendly too

I'd heard so much decided I had to go... Was excited as I read the reviews etc. Walked in, few people waiting. I asked the guy on the counter about one of the burgers - which had a choice of different hams - which was the best. 'They're all good' he shrugged disinterestly whilst looking at the floor. That was all I got out of him except for a warning not to eat the skewer.
Burger arrived about 10 mins later. Bun was good, looked good but ingredients were totally masked by the salt.. U couldn't taste anything but salt. Eat half then gave up. The guy next to me was having the same problem.. Although his friend was gushing uncontrollably about his and how he brings everyone in. I didn't think the counter guy having a sulk would be very interested so I gave up and left. Maybe I was just unlucky.. or maybe it's totally over-hyped.

Burger Brother do one thing, and they do it so well. Best burger in Brighton by a long shot, however i believe they have closed down now. Who's next in line for the Best Brighton Burger? That could be a hashtag... but i'm not a hipster.

This is hands down the best burger I've had in the UK and I have been to most of the burger joints in London. They don't do chips because the focus is on the burger.
I would recommend the original with medium chilli sauce, added chorizo and added roasted red pepper. Delicious!
