We visited burger brothers with high expectations after hearing good things from friends but were disappointed. My partner had the chicken burger, which was minced, and a bit tasteless. I had a beef burger which although large and moist was nothing special (think five guys or shake shack). I found the lack of chips or sides a bit pretentious and the burger is not good enough to justify it.

This place is the burger specialist of Brighton, if you're looking for something cheap-ish and quick then this is your place.

Don't come here expecting fries though!

The burgers are juicy and delicately build, using excellent ingredients.

My favourite is 'Our Favourite' with a lovely slap of goats cheese on top.

Thoroughly recommended.

Heard a great deal about these burgers but have to say the food didn't meet my expectations. Was slightly disappointed. Probably wouldn't go back. Not sure what all the fuss is about! Prefer five guys burgers.

Guys are super friendly and burgers are from sky! Honestly amazing... If you are in Brighton UK you must to go to Burger Brothers!

Popped in here between shows. It's busy, vibrant and smells amazing!
I opted for the Benetton Burger (pictured) with mushroom, wasabi Mayo, caramelised onions and prosciutto. Excellent bun and great flavours.
