Offering a fantastic range of hot specialising in meat-based substitutes we offer the very best in vegan fast food. Enjoy a duck wrap without having to compromise, fish and chips to share with the seagulls and wash it down with one of the Pipelines fabulous vegan beers. A great place to bring your omnivorous friends...

I am surprised that Vbites sells out-of-date groceries (Dame Blanche biscuits, multi-seeds crackers etc...) depite my emailing them about it privately. I am also stunned that they let anybody off the street use their toilets, which is disgusting as it feels like you are eating in a public toilet. I also emailed them privately months ago about this matter, and suggested that they put up a sign "Toilets for customers only" but again they don't bother. The food is fine as a rule, so at least that's worth going to Vbites for.

As vegans going down to Veg Fest in Brighton for the weekend, we were really looking forward to the experience of going to VBites in Brighton. The food was okay, if a tad expensive for what it was, but the service was TERRIBLE. We were treated as if we had walked into someone's private house and asked them for a meal, as if we had no right to be there and that we were nuisances. We were even shouted at. Never, ever would we go there again. What we would like to know is what is the point in treating paying customers like this? We had heard that Brighton is a thriving place for vegans and vegetarians so why would a business run like this? It does not make any sense at all.

We visited twice the same day, first for a coffee, then for a late lunch as we liked the look of their offerings. Portions are not large but the food, ours and those we saw in transit all looked of good quality and appetising - our fish stack was delightful. Not a place to linger but certainly one to enjoy a short satisfying break.

Vbites - 100% vegan restaurant- is in a lovely street in Brighton within one minute walking distance to the beach!!

I love their lattes, pizzas and burgers, soups and other yummy treats. They also have a mini shop inside so you can get food to eat at home.

They will, I understand, be reviewing their menu shortly. In which case, I would recommend offering customers some cesar/chicken/ducky salads and perhaps a small side salad with certian meals.
