We had a lovely time at the Beatnik Stables. There was quite a few of us and many kids, all of which had a ball. The kitchen was immaculate with a magnificent large dining area which was perfect for special occasion dining.
Loved that the lounge area was upstairs, it felt homely as well as spacious and you could get away from the party bustle in the kitchen if you wanted and chill with the large screen TV.
Location is superb, right in the thick of Brighton, a stone's throw from a newly redesigned kids play park and a hop and a skip to the cool parts of town.

We stayed at Beatnik Stable this weekend for a hen weekend and had an amazing time. There were 24 of us and we found the social spaces perfect with a beautiful kitchen which allowed us to mingle and socialise at breakfast, lunch, dinner and anytime in between. Plenty of bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds! We had an activity arranged by Beatnik Breaks and it was perfect. The hen loved it! We walked into town easily and found it easy to navigate our way to supermarkets as well as the lanes and beachfront. definitely recommend for hens!
Nice house, good location. Massive TV. Had a great stag do. Plenty of space. Walking distance to everywhere
An ideal property for a large gathering. Our group struggled to find anywhere else like it. It appears to have been furnished to a very high standard and the location is ideal.
Great modern accommodation, excellent location. Great stay so far, really good communal areas, good communication from the hosts.
We stayed at Beatnik Stables for one of my best friend's hen-do over the May bank holiday. We had a fantastic weekend and the house was a perfect base for us. At first it looks daunting with all of the bunk-beds in the bedrooms - but actually they were really comfy and it was fun to all shack up together!
I was worried that it would feel cramped as there were so many of us staying (17/18 of us) but it was fine - the kitchen is pretty big so lots of space for making cocktails and preparing food and the front room was roomy enough for us all to socialise in for the whole weekend.
I agree with another reviewer that a dishwasher would be a great addition to the house as there was a LOT of washing up to do but with so many of us around it wasn't really a big chore.
The house is close enough to town that you can wander into the North Laines easily and there are lots of nice cafes around if you want to go out for breakfast (the Velo Cafe in the park at the Level is lovely).
I'd say if you need a place to stay for a big group of friends in Brighton then this place fits the bill really nicely.
I stayed here as part of a hen weekend. The house was well equipped and tastefully decorated, with plenty of room for all the hens! The location is good, although being in a residential area means that you need to be noise conscious at night, to avoid upsetting the neighbours. Overall, an excellent stay.
