3 reviews I am a regular visitor to Brighton as my daughter lives here. I needed a place to stay and accommodate extra family members as my daughter's wedding was taking place over the weekend. It was exactly the right location within the lanes , easy walking distance to all venues and time to enjoy the buzz of the city. The apartment was bright , spacious and had all that we required.

What a lovely place! North Laines are great - local restaurants and bars are really great. Apartment is just like the photo and the best beds in our whole three week stay in the UK. Spotless and high quality everything.
Property managers easy to deal with, reliable and very helpful.
Cannot fault - would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location - everything is in walking distance.
Modern and clean accommodation that is ideal for sharing with friends.
Owners made it easy to arrange and always available to contact.
All in all, loved Brighton and would stay here again in the future!

1 review In the Laines, minutes from the station and with grubbs burgers just around the corner, this was a great place to be. the weather was horrible and the flat was great for coming back to to warm up and dry out. everything was clean and worked just fine. The only problem was the huge deposit, but i had no problems getting this back from the friendly owner.

We have implemented a new system for taking a deposit and now we take a pre authorisation on arrival like any hotel or car hire company.

The location was what made this apartment such good value for money, right in the heart of the North Lanes. The apartment itself was modern and stylish, and extremely clean. The apartment can not be faulted, it had everything you could want and need. The only fault that we found was that the day before our visit we were told that check-in is from 3pm-6pm, which was a problem to us as we were attending a wedding, so had to pay an extra £40 for early check-in. The same charge applies for late check-out. Also, the price of the apartment increased because we were only staying for one night. Despite this, we would definitely return to the apartment, and for even longer next time as we didn't want to leave!

Having done a bit of research, we decided that Trafalgar House Apartment One was a great alternative to hotel accommodation and would allow us the flexibility for self catering should it be required during our stay. We spent a weekend in Brighton with a friend and stayed in this warm, comfortable, spacious, modern apartment which was well equipped and included a good shower and some very comfortable beds. No complaints whatsoever and we will definitely be back. No hesitation in recommending this establishment.
