Stayed here for a first romantic night away together and it couldnt have been more perfect. We stayed in the Little Venice suite and it was very lovely - gorgeous room, just the right size and the bed was very comfy. There is a small balacany and from the bed you can lie and look out at the sea.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
I stay in brighton a lot, one of my favourite places and this is definatly the nicest place i have ever stayed in here! I would classify it more as a bnb than a hotel but it was a wonderful cozy little place and will definatly be going back!!

I had booked the Elvis themed room and was a bit disappointed with the room in general as I personally thought it wasn't as 'luxurious' as the website made out to be and was taken back how small it was. Small things left a poor impression like a light bulb needed replacing and two of the Elvis type light up accessories weren't working. It was also very hot in the room and we could not control the temperature so had to leave the windows open overnight.

However the room was still fun, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff were friendly and the location is great. I just don't think I could just justify the price.

As Miranda Hart's boyfriend might say - this is definately quirky but unique in a positive way. The owners have made each room different and made a old slightly dated hotel stand out with its character, unique furnishings and comfortable beds.

Great hotel, central, yet right by the sea. The room we had was the Venetian room, quirky in all the right ways, with a lovely balcony and sea view. Ample and clean. The staff were great and so was the breakfast - I would definitely stay again .

spend great 3 days here visiting family and shopping. Wonderful room/s (garden of eden) and private garden and hot tub - used every day!
staff were excellent very helpful breakfast (in our own dining area) was very good and the room spotless every time we came back from being out.
would recommend it to anyone and will re book when we return

Room Tip: book the eden with the hot tub

Stayed in the penthouse garden of eden suite with my partner and for £150 for a night it was not great, hot tub cover had been left open so leaves and twigs floating in it, tv in bedroom did not work due to bad signal, found discarded wine corks in cupboards, the included breakfast in the morning was a floppy white bread sandwich with once piece of bacon in... appalling, the only up side was friendly staff but its a bodged job room and more like £50 a night !

Room Tip: not sure about the other rooms but garden of eden is poor !

I would recommend anyone wanting to stay here to stay in the EDEN room, it was perfect, warm, cosy and to top it off the hot tub was amazing! after reading some of the reviews I was worried as people said people could look over and it's not private..there are a few windows but quite far away and it felt private enough!including a parasol.. nice bottle of champagne and strawberries it was heaven :-)) Breakfast delivered to our room was the best! we asked to have our breakfast for 10:00am it came on the dot! - The people who stayed here and moaned must have had their eyes closed the whole time because our stay was perfect! We will be returning..many thanks x
