We booked for a Saturday and Sunday night at the last minute and probably paid a premium for our room. The themed rooms are lovely appointed and large king size bed is very comfortable and provides a good night sleep. We had the Geisha Room which was beautifully decorated. The breakfast provides big choices including eggs benedict and vegetarian options. We had difficulty trying to find parking near the hotel and for this reason I wouldn't recommend if you are not familiar with Brighton.

My husband and I stayed at the Seaspray after booking online. We had also booked a hotel for the previous day near Hastings and were a little concerned having seen neither properties before.
The hotel in Hastings was basic, cold, poorly managed and disappointing so we arrived in Brighton with a slight feeling of dread.
How happy we were to see immediately that, although the same price as Hastings, the Seaspray was absolutely top notch!
From the themed rooms (we stayed in the beautiful, if compact, oriental room), to the clean and well presented foyer and dining room.
Breakfast was a joy and offered a multitude of options including traditional full breakfast, vegetarian breakfast (I had this, it was delicious), vegan breakfats, smoked salmon and eggs, cereals etc etc.

All in all, we were very happy with our stay and the Seaspray was perfectly placed to visit friends and the Royal Pavilion which, if you have never been, is an amazing spectacle to behold!

My husband and I were very pleased and we are both sure that there is nothing to disappoint at the Seaspray unless you are determined to find fault or want a sea view.

Took my partner for a romantic mid-week break. Great hotel, very clean and excellent service. The staff were friendly and so welcoming - but unobtrusive. We had champagne on ice waiting in our room and breakfast in bed the next morning. The eggs benedict was superb and the champagne accompanying it was just the thing for a special event. The hotel was centrally situated and our room, the Venetian suite, had a sea view. I reallyt recommend this place!

Ive just had a great weekend at the Sea Spray with my partner. On arrival we were greeted wonderfully.Lots of maps, guides and information about Brighton were offered but we didnt need as we already had it. There was a very helpful guide in the room with regard to wifi access, breakfast service and various offers of wines etc.The room was just superb. Lovely style and altho the bathroom was a little on the small side it didnt matter. The breakfast, staff and other encounters with guests just lovely. Balcony nice little touch too. One small thing was slight bit of noise on Saturday night. But not noted on sunday eve. Im definitely returning and recommending to friends.

I stayed here for one night but i wish it could have been more. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and we even got a free upgrade. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very modern and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and even though i had an early taxi booked the staff made me their delicious eggs benedict even though it said in the menu it would take 15 minutes and i only had about 5. I would definitely stay here again.

Took a chance with this hotel as there was very limited pictures of the room/bathroom etc but turned out to be a brilliant choice.
So close to all the shops and the beach and the staff were very friendly.
We absolutely loved the room and the whirlpool with the sassy blue lights!! And it was lovely to have a cd player in the room too ;-)

Definitely enjoyed our time.

Lovely boutique hotel, very friendly staff, close to the pier, central Brighton and local amenities. Staff were very helpful and recommended places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat in. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spotless.
