Such a lovely place. I would never stay anywhere else in Brighton now. We are regular visitors to
Brighton and this place made it even better.

The rooms were super clean and had everything we could have wanted. They even supplied us with Glasses when we arrived clutching a bottle of Champagne. Personal touches like this set this place apart from the very mixed accommodation in Brighton.

I cannot fault our stay with Chris and Terry. They are lovely chaps and the breakfast was fab. Rooms are bright and warm, decent bathooms and beds are made up with high quality linens.

Highly recommended. We look forward to staying again :)

Alex and Mike

Room Tip: Room 6 has a huge bed and is high away from the street (even though it is fairly quiet anyway!)

These guys know how to run a B&B, warm welcome and a lovely room (2) and probably the best full English I have had for some time. Great location with the shops about 50 yards from the door, the sea and beach about 5 mins walk away. Lots to do in the lanes, market stalls and restaurants within easy reach and a small shopping centre to stroll around. We were there last week for the weekend and will be booking again when we visit Brighton.

Room Tip: Call ahead and ask for the BIG queen size bed, bliss.

I stayed at number 14 last week and I didn't want to leave!! It was spectacular (even the mushrooms). I can't believe how friendly the owners were, how clean the rooms were, how we could help ourselves to drinks, how close it was to the town as well as the sea!! We all left smiling. Both Maggie and his partner are amazing characters and really make you feel welcome!! I just want to say I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, who needs a 5 star hotel when you can have Brannings at number 14! I can't wait to go back :-)

We took over the B&B at the weekend for my brothers wedding and what a stay we had, from the beautiful rooms, breakfast and welcome, not one thing was bad. Terry with his delicious mushrooms the recipe please when you can, and Chis with his cheeky smile we are your number one fan. So helpful providing shoe polish and even superglue for my dress, without their help we would have been in quite a mess. Never when in Brighton will I ever stay anywhere else except here, they made the break a home from home and best stay in many a year, will recommend again and again for this great place to stay as it was brilliant and exceptional in every single way.

Room Tip: all rooms are brilliant

We stayed for 2 nights at this B&B in Brighton, and found it to be a lovely guest house. The owners, Chris and Terry, were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! The food is good quality and freshly cooked, with such a huge choice of food, I couldn't imagine there would be anything more they could offer! We would definitely stay again! The location is good as well - only 10 minutes walk to town centre, and very close to the beach. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed for our first weekend in Brighton and was lucky enough to have booked in with Chris and Terry. They made us feel very welcome right from the start and were very informative about the area and what it had to offer, and by the time we were leaving we felt we'd known them forever. The room was spotlessly clean, airy and comfortable with good tea making facilities. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, with lots of other choices if the full English wasn't your cup of tea. We had a wonderful weekend and will most definitely stay there again. Rock on Chris and Terry.
