Very clean hotel the rooms are well maintained, try and get a room overlooking the train station as the view is much better, you can see the sea as well.

After staying at the Jury's Inn Hotel I have had my eyes opened wide. Not only was this hotel a surprise it was a great surprise. The hotel was very clean very friendly and the staff were too happy to help even when I asked to get a drink of water at 4am for medication I was told there was water stations for iced water on all floors free of charge. The bar was great as was the breakfast. I was on a stag weekend but usually when I visit Brighton I go for a weekend with my wife . Once I can afford another trip it will be the hotel of my choice to take the wife away .
Thank.you for a great stay . Room 450 was a pleasure to stay in .

Been here a few times. Just to right of Brighton station. Rooms are a good size and bathrooms are big enough. Average price comes with average services. It would be good to have wifi in the rooms and room service. Food not bad even if breakfast is a little manufactured. Always feels like it's a fast food breaky! Basic tv channels in room but at least it's a flat screen LCD. Shower in bath never the most pressurised so take time to get wet. Lol. If you want a clean bed for the night and a room which is not a shoe box, Jury's will do you fine.

I was on a business trip with my company colleagues and thought this was an ideal hotel, it was right next to the station, i would defienty recommend this hotel to my business partners and colleagues for when they travel to england. everyone at the hotel was really friendly, there was one grl at reception who was always smiling and very helpful, she had blonde hair and i believe her name was chantelle. I hope the next time i come to stay with you, you still have all the same staff because they were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were simple and clean.

Just arrived home after spending two nights in this hotel with my partner. The train station is literally over the road so good for people who use the trains. We used a car park just round the corner in Trafalger Street (local council not NCP) £12.50 for 24hours. It seems parking in Brighton is at a premium so this was the cheapest we could find. Greeted by very polite reception. The entrance is clean tidy and presentable. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the station. The room was clean, bathroom was sparkling and the shower was hot and not bad for a hotel (I miss my power shower) however the Walls must be thin as I could hear the screeching and screaming of children from next door. The rooms do shake when doors are left to slam shut on their own as well which is annoying. breakfast was good.

We have just returned from a visit to Brighton we stayed at the jury's inn hotel and could not find one fault with the way they run their hotel in brighton we were greeted with a smile from Daniel on reception and showed a genuine interest to be working there.
The room was clean tidy had a kettle complimentary biscuits hair dryer tv air temp controls for the room, it smelt fresh but not over bearing. We stayed for 3 nights and all and I mean all staff were so nice and helpful from bar staff to people who worked the breakfast room they were all human, nothing was too much trouble for them. They all must have either natural peoples skills or there manager must be a very good coach and should be proud of them .We had just got married and decided to stay with jury's for one reason we new we would not be let down. The jury's inn hotels offer such good value for money. We booked out at twelve and reception took our bags in so we could shop for gifts for our three children , we were greeted by Daniel Lee , very polite manager and we hope your wedding goes well many thanks again.

The hotel looks great, both from the outside and in the commen areas. The bar, foyer and restaurant are modern and clean, as are the lifts and hallways. The rooms don't quite live up to the standard set by the foyer, however they are still reasonable. On checking into the room we noticed the remote control to the tv didn't work which was not a big deal, but after walking around all day in Brighton we retired back to our room to rest up for the next days activities while relaxing with a bit of telly. This is when the power began to trip. Every 10-20min the all power switch off for a second and come back on thus resetting the TV to a defualt channel and with out the remote we would have to get up and switch it in again and find what we were watching. This happen about five or six times, called reception to let them know and they just said try the other room key. We thought this did the trick until our five year old son woke up at 3:30am with a nightmare and we attempted to turn on a light, any light, none of them worked. We ended up having to turn on the tv to get some light in the room! We mentioned this to the reception staff and they just said they'll mention it to the manager. I got the feeling this was not a first time issue even though they said they'd not heard of it before. All I can say is it could be a great hotel but they need to get their mantanence up to standard.

Dear Chorus79,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sincerely sorry about the issue of your power tripping during your stay. We are a relatively new building and to be honest, while the power may trip for any number of reasons it is usually is down to a power surge and only requires re-setting once. Should you wish to contact me to discuss this further, please do so at damien_doyle@jurysinns.com

Kind regards
