“A taste of Spain in the heart of Brighton”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 July 2013

This is a fantastic tapas restaurant! Very authentic, Spanish staff, very busy which is always a good sign and a wide choice of dishes. We had 8 dishes between two of us and this was more than enough, maybe a little too much. The highlight being the flambé chorizo dish, which is lit at your table. The rabbit special was also delicious!

8 tapas, bread, a jug of Sangria and service was £62.00, great value for money and well worth it. Can't wait to return with more friends again! I've been to all the Spanish restaurants in Brighton and this is by far, the best.

“Brilliant!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 July 2013

Had a fabulous meal here - 6 of us - food and atmosphere was fantastic. Booked in advance as Saturday night and so pleased we did, restaurant was fully booked. Staff were really helpful in advising the number of dishes to order and with wine selection. Portions were generous and tasty; not one dish was disappointing, don't think we left anything at all and we all went away full and happy. Lively and bustling - great place for friends on a saturday night and real value for money at £40 per head (including wine).

We had some lovely tapas here, first of all I thought that the tapas where very little after reading the menu, but they are enormous!!!! So don't over order!! The food is absolute fantastic, and the restaurant makes you feel you are in Spain.

The service is 5⃣➕

“A little disappointed”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 July 2013 via mobile

After reading reviews we were dry excited about eating here and made a booking prior to our weekend away. The dishes we ordered were mussells meat balls paella and potatoes bravas, the dishes especially the sauces lacked flavour and just tasted as if the chef paid no attention to the depth and bases everything around passatta, having said that the meat balls were ok.
