I cant recommend this house enough, beautiful and modern, impeccably clean and within walking distance of central Brighton. 8 girls stayed here for a uni reunion and we had the best time, we are definitely booking to stay here next year! Mike was super helpful and the booking was so smooth. Perfect house in a perfect location what more could you want?!

I stayed here with 5 friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house is beautiful ,very clean, modern, spacious, in a great location and perfect for a group of friends. The basement kitchen diner is a great socializing area. Mike the owner was very helpful throughout the booking. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the house.

We booked this property for a hen weekend! I do not have one complaint about this house! It was exactly as it is presented on its website. It is modern, spacious, was immaculate (NB: I am a clean freak) and extremely well equipped for the numbers it can accommodate (Plenty of plates/ mugs/ cutlery etc and lots of cooking space if needed). It's centrally located, only a minutes walk away from the main shopping street which leads down to the Lanes area. We brought a car which we were able to unpack and then park in local car park nearby. Taxis were readily available when we needed them and we had Tesco deliver our groceries. Mike was extremely helpful, efficient and very accommodating throughout. Also the bottle of bubbles in the fridge on our arrival was a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

“Nice property, perfectly located”

The building looks pretty average from the outside. Inside, however, is a different matter. The quality of finish is very high; the room spec is good; decor is simple and modern; and it's clean. The basement kitchen diner is every bit as nice as it looks in the photo and makes a good base for a group of friends. We were 7 the first night and 9 the second, so didn't test the house to it's occupancy maximum, but it still worked pretty well for us. Yes, once you have people sleeping n the lounge, you can't get down to the kitchen without going through their "bedroom" but I think this is acceptable for a large group for a short stay.

The location is great. It's a relatively quiet street set one street back from the seafront and within very easy walking distance of shopping areas of Brighton like the Lanes, North Laines and Churchill Sq. The next road along (Preston St?) has lots of restaurants if you don't want to stray too far to eat out.

Thanks for the comprehensive review! I'm glad you liked it. We are very lucky with our location and yes Preston Street has loads of restaurants including the (very) mini Chinatown.

We rented this house for a grown up hen weekend and it was lovely. Mike the owner was really helpful from start to finish- even posting on my sunglasses when I left them behind. The location is great, 2 minutes to the beach and a minute from the high street.

The quality was amazing for the price- lovely towels, bedding, bathroom and a luxury kitchen with everything you could need. You even get free tea/coffee/milk/ a bottle of wine. I would highly recommend

“Perfect luxury retreat”
Reviewed 25 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

As a group of 40+ year old ladies on a weekend away we wanted somewhere special to stay and I'm pleased to say that we found the perfect place.
From the second I stepped through the front door I knew we were in for a treat. The house was perfect for entertaining in fact we loved it so much and were so comfortable we had to force ourselves to go out. (ha ha that's what age does to you).
The house was furnished and decorated to a very high standard and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The pictures on the website and on trip advisor do not do it justice.
The house is a stones throw away from the beach and shopping and everything Brighton has to offer.
There is no parking outside so I would recommend pre-booking before you arrive.
To sum up its a perfect luxury retreat to which we would all definitely return.

Thanks for your review. We do have a lot of 40+ ladies stay who appreciate the finer things in life :) We are really lucky to also be in a great location where everything is walkable. The flip-side of being in the central "Z" zone of Brighton is we don't have parking at mybrightonpad but luckily the Regency Square car park is just a couple of minutes walk away. Come back soon!
