I was recommended this place, now called Full House, by a Chinese student from Hunan. There are separate Chinese and English menus - get the Chinese (non-buffet) for the authentic spicy Hunan cooking. It is not for the weak-stomached (nor people put off by pictures of chicken feet and heads in the nicely produced but very un-English Chinese menu), but the appetizing chiken was very tasty and obviously all very freshly cooked, with generous portions. They also have hotpots, which were popular with other (mostly Chinese) diners, and the main Chinese menu is full of interesting looking dishes I have not tried yet. It is not a smart restaurant, but the staff were friendly. One of us did find a small piece of plastic fork in the food, so come here for interesting authentic spicy local-restaurant flavours, not a to-impress a business guest or romantic dinner.
