Great sea view. Especially enjoyed watching the murmuration of starlings roosting on the pier each evening! The hosts were great and very helpful with local information and restaurant advice. Would definitely return there. A comfortable room at a great price.

Room Tip: Great sea views, worth asking for! We were fortunate to get a large room with a great view.

Stayed here for 2 nights, location is perfect, right on the seafront and close to everything. Very warm welcome and we was pleased with room, very modern & well equipped. Nice decor & clean. Rooms are decent size, best thing about the room was the view, was great. Wifi wasn't really working while we were there which was a shame but you could see all was being done to get to try get it up and running again. Overall very nice place, would recommend.

The B&B is located on the seafront. Our room had excellent sea views and there was a balcony with chairs. The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast was sumptuous with big portions and great food. We lingered on for a long breakfast. One small touch that stood out was a tray of mints on the stairwell. They were really good so I had a lot of them. The proprietor was gregarious and gave us lots of tips for eating, sightseeing, etc. They aren't there all the time so you need to call in advance.

Keith was very helpful on the phone, Jenny was very friendly and welcoming.

The double room was adequate in size, we were told in advance it wasn't the biggest but it did have a lovely sea view and small balcony, though it was a little grubby round the bathroom door and generally quite a tired looking room with scuffs and marks, wood chip paper and wobbly rather feeble storage unit. Possibly the most comfortable bed ever (memory foam) and a really good sleep both nights (and a nap in the afternoon) with lovely soft sheets and pillows. A great sleep that is until the very windy Sunday morning, when the curtains were moving around and the loud whistling through the poorly insulated door woke us up. It was a very draughty room with 40mph gusts outside. I get the impression they are working to modernise/redecorate the rooms from the other reviews, so I'd assume this would be sorted by next year.

Breakfast was good, tasty, well cooked, ample toast. Nice little breakfast room.

In short, I'd recommend it. :)
