We stayed in a platinum caravan for 4nights from the 19th may 2014. After booking a last min deal 2 weeks previously i then looked at the reviews as was little worried.... however i just prepared myself for the worse. When we arrived there was a little bit of confussion about where the keys were, whether it had been cleaned and then given wrong directions to caravan.... my fears grew! However after all that, we arrived and it was lovely. It was clean and it was right on the lake. With its own private fishing area. We have never stayed in such a beautiful caravan or location. It was so lovely to wake up to such an amazing view. The only down side to the location of the caravan was the parking area was quite away from the caravan. On first glance there was a gate that looked locked that prevented us from driving directly to the van although when we looked it wasnt locked at all and was easily removed allowing us to drive though gate. The entertainment was excellent our kids had a lovely time. Both steve, maria and loopy were amazing. As always with park holidays we will def be returning again this year and next. All staff were friendly and helpful as well as all the permenant residence there we met. Great holiday, gourgeous setting, friendly staff, great location.
