“what a breakfast”
Reviewed 21 January 2013

popped in this morning on a cold winters day and it was sunny and warm inside. Ordered 2 ultimate breakfasts at £4.50 consisting of 2 eggs,2 bacon,2 sausage, hash brown, fresh tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms,2 toast+butter and tea or coffee (best coffee in a long time)
dident have to wait long, as it is cooked to order, it was lovely and hot and the eggs were soft which is not what you always get. Cant fault it and have eaten breakfast in Jamie Olivers 17 in London and can say his staff could learn from this service. The 2 young ladies in the cafe, the one serving was sunny and very charming and the young lady doing the cooking boy can she cook breakfast was charming too. Will have to go again and try the other item on the menu bet they will are just as good. Well done girls

“What a gem of a cafe!”
Reviewed 28 October 2012 via mobile

Found this place by accident wandering around Hastings, what a brilliant cafe, we had a generous lunch for 4 for under £20, great atmosphere, friendly staff! I'd love to know what the place is like in the evenings, assume its open as its licensed to sell alcohol. Will definitely be back when we're this way again, only hope it hasn't gone bust being so cheap!

“How do they do it?”
Reviewed 9 September 2012

If you want to find somewhere which is exceptional value for money, this is the place to go. The breakfasts are really good quality and so generous, I really did find it hard to finish it - the toast also didn't seem to stop coming. Staff are friendly and helpful.

“Great Breakfast”
Reviewed 6 September 2012

When I first moved to Hastings this was one of the first Café’s we tried, we tried a few other places but nowhere in Hastings comparers to the unwind for a Saturday / Sunday morning breakfast blowout!

The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is kid friendly and the food is good and most importantly the value for money is amazing try the “mega unwind” you won’t need to eat for the rest of the day! And you certainly could not prepare that at home for £4.95!!

On the down side it gets very hot, and I mean unbearably hot inside during the summer
