This was my second stay at a Premier Inn (having been pleasantly surprised by the Poole Premier Inn the previous week). Greeting on check in was efficient but some way short of friendly.

The room was acceptable, with a comfortable bed and decent TV but the stay was let down by the lack of a restaurant on site (there is a pub attached to the hotel).

Breakfast was served in the pub. The buffet breakfast was at best lukewarm, which doesn't make for a very good start to the day.

We were here about two years ago and it was all rather run down and sad. This time everything had been renewed. The rooms were nice, the Beds very comfortable and the pillows just as Lenny said! The staff attitude was great and everyone seemed to be really motivated. There is clearly something going very well there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the restaurant very convenient with a very acceptable menu. Again, everyone seems very motivated.
Looking forward to our next stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with good basic facilities. Plenty of parking. Only one set of towels in room but the receptionist quickly provided a second set. Only let down was the 15 min wait to check in. The receptionist seemed to be on her own and had to go off to sort out a problem with someone else checking in. Receptionist was very friendly and apologetic but when I mentioned the quick and convenient check in pledge I got an extremely dirty look from another member of staff who could well have been the manager. If it was the manager I would have expected a further apology and explanation not a dirty look. Would not hesitate to use this Premier Inn again.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at this Premier Inn, we like to travel down from Milton Keynes to support a rock band local to Hastings ( 90% Proof!...well worth the journey!). The hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff are really friendly. There's a great bar/restaurant right next door with a wide variety of hot/cold food, and prices are very reasonable too. The hotel is only approx 3 miles from the town centre so taxis are fairly cheap. My hubby and I are going again in July, this time to join in the "Pirate Wedding" on the beach! Oh, one more thing.....hotel prices are great value, especially the offers, ie book 21 days in advance.

Hastings town wasn't as expected but did not let this dampen our 2 night visit to East Sussex. Rooms at the Hastings PI were clean and comfortable. Bathroom dispensers (soaps) weren't working well but not a major problem. Heaters worked well as UK June temperatures particularly low! Noisy outside on occasion but not after midnight, so able to sleep well. Restaurant a let down. Ordered a variety of hot snacks but some of food was warm (chips). However, replaced with an apology. Due to this - chose not to visit for breakfasts! All in all the cleanliness of the hotel was good as was the arrival staff welcome.

Room Tip: Request a room away frorn the main road. However, ight next to a Sainsburys store so great for petro...

We like that you always know what you are getting with Premier Inn, i.e. clean and comfortable rooms at an affordable price. The Premier Inn in Hastings was no different. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Only minor gripe was that we couldn't lower the room temperature and it was a little hot. Doors also have a tendency to slam which can be noisy. However we will definitely stay here again as overall it was exceptional value for money and exactly where and what we needed.

Hoitel has just been renovated and everything was in good condition. Usuall great welcome from staff, but let down slightly by soap dispensers that did not work.

Breakfast was superb.

Car parking very good.

Room Tip: To avoid traffic noise try to book at the rear of the hotel (overlooking the Toyota garage)
