We. Chose here to stay overnight as we were travelling some distance to a wedding at Camber Sands. The hotel staff were friendly and service excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you want to go to the sea front it is a bit of a way out. The inn attached served good food though we did go to the very nearby Sainsburys for breakfast as it was a bit pricey at the inn.

one thing with premier inns where ever you stay you always get the same quality of room and service .we have stayed in this hotel three times and every time we are completely satisfied with staff and how clean the hotel was. we book our vacation on this hotel availability

Room Tip: a little outside Hastings but worth it

I stay here quite regularly as I visit relatives. The only uncomfortable stay was in July when we had the really hot weather and had to come home early but I stayed again two weeks ago and was given a room in the newer wing. I stay here with my daughter and we both said how really nice it was. However, it is about time they renewed some of the sheets and towels

Used the disabled room, which isn't really great, as it hasn't got all the facilities. Had a carer with me but had to have a put you up in room which made the space even less. The bathroom wasn't get the toilet, isn't raised. The bath hasn't got easy access, shower over head but if you can get in the bath. You can hear the room next door. Other than that not bad. Beware the restaurant attached has a really really rude manager, but the other staff are great.

Room Tip: I had room 11, ground floor, can't say any more than that

We booked this to go to the seaside with a bus load of teenagers. Had a meal in the bar your usual brewers Fayre. Prices ok. Not to far from sea but a bus or car ride away too far to walk. Room the general premier standard comfy bed clean and basic. A few luxury touches and all in all a good stay.
Kids did get told off for running about. Just glad we decided to supervise them.
Staff very helpful.
Room very clean.
I'd rather this than any B&b

Having read on line reviews about hot rooms, and experiencing a heatwave again at the start of September, we wondered what it would be like. But as the hotel had promised, the curtains were drawn and window slightly ajar to keep the room cool. It was fine. There were also two fans should we need them and the offer of sheets if we felt the duvet too much. We slept fine.

Next morning we went to breakfast and saw what looked like the usual buffet. But the quality was much better than that [and way above the mediocre effort of the Tonbridge Premier Inn where we spent the next night] While it was all very good, two items stood out, firstly really good meaty tasty bacon, not the usual stuff and, secondly, really excellent fresh croissants! Service was also good, quick and friendly. So 5* to Hastings!
