Great nights sleep after a long journey, nice and quite very restful no dramas with checking in very helpful at reception and in the morning after I had checked out the maid let me back into the room to collect my forgotten suit from the day before

No evening meal because they could not cater for gluten free diet, had to go out to find a meal after travelling 160 miles to get there, bland overpriced breakfast. Not an ale behind the bar. Short bed, outside noise.

Having had a bad experience with a Premier Inn in Scotland recently, I was apprehensive, but as this hotel had been recommended by my family I decided to give it a try. The room was in excellent condition, very modern, the parking was easy, the restaurant offered great food at a reasonable cost, and a very short walk away were a supermarket and a few other food places if you wanted them. The staff were very professional and friendly, I requested an extra duvet and it was delivered to my room very quickly. It was also a very short drive to the town centre and the seafront. I will definitely be staying there again!

A very good value and comfortable stay. Staff were very good and friendly and efficient. Room could have been a little better heated but every other aspect was well up to expectations. Enjoyable breakfast - did not have any other meals there. Overall an excellent stay and thoroughly recommended.

Booked a two night stay early November. Room was very clean and pleasant as expected with this type of place. First night wasn't great as droning noise from generators below became quite annoying. Spoke to reception in the morning and a room change was arranged straight away with the promise of a refund already made. Food very good value and decent quality. Would of liked to see more staff present at breakfast time as lots of uncleared tables and lots of guests asking for cutlery, glasses etc which was disappointing. Same receptionist for the duration of our stay who remembered and used our name which was a nice touch. Next to a main road but to be honest, double glazing meant this wasn't an issue. Predictable and pleasant. Immediately next to a 24hr Sainsburys garage which is well stocked and an off licence! About a ten minute drive from Hastings itself so you will need a car.

Premier Inn does it yet again! This hotel is easy to find, beside the A21, just about Three miles from Hastings seafront. OK it's too far to walk and if you don't have a car you will need to depend on the buses that pass nearby; but it's the best place that I have found in the area. Usual Premier Inn high standard of comfort and cleanliness and friendly staff - thanks Josh. Plus there's a Sainsbury's superstore across the car park.
