i used to often go in this place, good food, but the problem was that on Saturday they ran out of rose wine (after only one bottle was drunk) one of the party request to go get a bottle from the off licence and pay a corckage fee, the refused to let him do that, after debate someone ran to the off licence and got the wrong wine which tasted disgusting then we complained again then the manager dicided too be rude to one of my party, this is rare but it is such a shame as it food is amazing and normal its staff is kind

I came here for a birthday party and was amazed by the whole experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming to such a large party. There all you can eat menu is £18 and worth every penny. They have a vast range of dishes to choose from and are served very quickly with nice presentation.
After a few hours the when we finished, the manager came out and gave us a round of drinks on the house. Then we had the staff come out with a birthday cake, singing happy birthday and then gave a present to us, which I thought was really nice.
Overall, a pleasant dining experience, a clean restaurant and very polite and welcoming staff

Once again we choose the buffet which we really enjoyed.
We find it good value with good service. Everytime we have been it has been very busy which shows It must be good

I went here for a birthday with family and some of us attending didn't want to eat that much and was hoping to get something small. However, we were told that we either ALL had to order separate dishes or ALL choose the £18 all you can eat buffet. Furthermore, some of the vegetarians in our party obviously wouldn't choose a lot from this All you can choice which made it pricey for them as they only wanted fried rice! We asked if some of us could just do the other menu and have a separate tab but they insisted those lot would have to be moved to a different room separate from the party in the conservatory...so rude! A table is a table! We demanded to speak to a manager who didn't "want" to see us.

Secondly, as two of the attendees didn't want to eat but came for wine, one of the waitresses rudely said "If we see any of those not eating, with a mouthful of food - they will be charged £18". I'm sorry but TRYING a bit (1/4 of a bite in fact) of someone's spring roll isn't exactly a crime.

After finishing our food, the waitresses THEN said half heartedly apologised for the inconvenience at the beginning and told us the people who chose not to eat because they didn't want to be forced to spend £18 on a who buffet - could choose a main meal on the house courtesy of the manager. Although it was kind of them to do that, bare in mind this was AFTER everyone had finished eating and we still did not get to speak to the manager.

Will not be visiting again thanks!
