The rooms at The Catherine Wheel are well appointed although the bathroom in the Bibury Room was on the small side and like many establishments I have experienced there is never enough shelf space. However the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and warm.
The pub and restaurant were first class in this delightful old Cotswold village.
The service was excellent from all the staff and we enjoyed a splendid dinner.
Breakfast did not start until 9am which is a bit later than we would have preferred and as we arrived at 8.55 not everything had been set.
