“Excellent B&B”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

We booked two rooms here over bank holiday weekend.
We cannot fault Broadlands in anyway. The location for Bourton on the Water is perfect, it's spotless, Marco is an excellent host, and the breakfasts are lovely. We would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area without a second thought.

Great place to stay, greeted by Marco on arrival. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. friendly staff at breakfast. Location is excellent short walk to the main part of Bourton on the Water. We had a fab time and didn't want to leave and would definitely recommend Broadlands. Perfect location was nice to not have to get in the car to go visit this beautiful place, the motor museum and minature village. Lovely relaxing weekend. Thank you Marco

Broadlands has everything going for it; great location with easy access to other main villages in the Cotswold; Chipping Campden, Stow on Wold to name a few (2 mins walk from Bourton on the Water village), very clean family room (out in the annexe), private parking, non stop hot water, excellent english breakfast cooked to order, wonderful owner, Marco and staff, excellent value for four.

Marco is on hand to provide knowledge of the local area.

Would highly recommend it.

Andy

My partner and I stayed here for close to a week, we never wanted to leave. We had the most amazing time here, the guest house was brilliant, clean and everyone was friendly especially Marco who made us feel at home continously, the breakfast was lovely, the rooms were spotlessly clean, so overall we highly recommend this guest house and we shall be returning again, very shortly.

A very good place to stay and only a couple of minutes walk from the village centre. The room was fine, clean and comfortable, good private parking and a lovely breakfast each morning with good quality ingredients. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient base to explore the Cotswolds.

My girlfriend and I stayed here a few months ago and had a great weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted by Marco in the car park and he showed us in and showed us to our room. The location of the hotel was great and a walk by the water to the centre was a pleasure- even in the rain! The guest house itself was immaculate- very clean and well maintained. The room itself was modern and had solid good quality furniture. Breakfast was great too- local and fresh! Recommend to anyone and are planning our return!!

My mum and I arrived at The Broadlands Guest House on Saturday 26th April to a very warm welcome from Marco, it was like being greeted by an old friend. We chose to stay in the suite, which I can highly recommend, it can either be a double or twin bedroom. The suite is fabulous; I have included pictures as the ones on the website don't do it enough justice. There is a light spacious lounge area with tv and dvd player, a small kitchen area (with tea / coffee making facilities, sink and fridge), a bathroom and lovely bedroom. We felt very at home and the space rather than just having one room was brilliant! The location of The Broadlands couldn't be better, 2 minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Bourton-on-the-water. Marco does a wonderful breakfast, perfectly cooked and plenty of choice. If you are thinking of going to the Cotswolds take my advice and stay at The Broadlands Guest House, you won't regret it.

Room Tip: The suite is amazing!
