Stayed for 2 nights, we had room 10 which was a delight, everything has been thought of, the decor and overall ambiance is one of discreet luxury. We received great recommendations for bars and restaurants which were spot on.
Everything is within easy walking distance no need for the car which we were able to park right outside on the hotel drive.
Breakfast was superb and served in a lovely dining room flooded with natural light with a great selection of cereals baked goods, fruit, cheeses etc all of the highest quality.
An especial delight was the turn down service which included hot proper hot chocolate and home made biscuits and the little pre breakfast delivered to our door in the morning, we felt thoroughly spoilt.
We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed and we definitely hope to return.
Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

Room tip: Room 10 was lovely with views over the park opposite but did have some traffic noise.

Spent an enjoyable night here - so much nicer than the usual chain hotels and similarly priced.
Well located and appointed , comfortable, homely and great value.
Lovely, imaginative, continental breakfast included in the rate.

Love this place so stylish.Stayed a few times and always good. Has perfect balance of peace and proximity to town. Great for the races as very close. Pittville park is just across the road and they take our dog

We spent one night here and absolutely LOVED it! We were in room 1 on the ground floor, which was beautifully furnished and absolutely huge, with a bathroom to match. Great colours and everything of top quality. Oh to live there permanently ..... The whole vibe of this wonderful place is relaxed, and super friendly. Big shout-out to Lianna and Ellie for their warm welcome. We dined at their sister restaurant, ferried there and back courtesy of the complimentary taxi service, and found the same level of professionalism in all areas, with great style and verve and a terrific menu. The music at both sites was outstanding, too.

This boutique hotel just ticks all the boxes. Rooms, service and interiors all amply speaks modern British to the traveller. Over the festive period, we availed of their standard double room with a beautiful free-standing bath. Everything here is spot on, evoking some sense of luxury interiors and setting you in the mood. Their lounge is also one of our favourites. We did not avail of their dining services as there are plenty of options outside being walking distance to Cheltenham high street's fantastic restaurants and bars. Better still it, across the road is the park offering its vast grounds for a stroll plus more.
