Stayed here this month through work. Very large room with double bed, sofa, armchair and a large ensute bathroom. Was given a voucher for a free drink, plus quality flapjacks and bottled water provided in the room which is a nice touch which made me feel welcome. Hotel is slightly faded but still very grand. I ate dinner in nearby Brasserie Blanc which was once the ballroom of the hotel. Slept OK and breakfast was good. Was feeling pretty good until I was asked for £10 for parking which seems like a lot for not a lot. There is no adequate warning of this. Good value on the whole when compared to others.
