Had our Christmas meal here at work. From the moment we arrived (after getting soaked in the horrendous downpour, the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. They asked us if we wanted any towels as we had got wet, which was a nice start.
Drinks were promptly ordered and given to us, and the staff could not have been more attentive, topping up drinks, recommending things that went well together etc etc.
May I say that this is not your standard Indian "feed up". So if your expecting dried out poppadoms and Chicken Tikka Masala with chips, this isn't for you. It is a gourmet Indian dining experience.
During the time spent looking at the menu, the staff provided us with an amuse bouche, which set our mouths watering for the rest of the meal.
I had the beef and parsnip dish, and it was absolutely beautiful.
Everything from the starters through to the dessert was amazing, and really worth the visit.
Decor inside makes you feel really at home too.
Will definitely be returning, and trying something else from the diverse menu.
Well done Prithvi! A breath of fresh air in this gastronomic town.
