Often sub continent dishes are overloaded with fat. That is not the case from my experience here. The Jhinga Til Tinka Ajwain flavoured king prawns, coated with sesame seeds, spiced with mace and cardamom was interesting. I didn’t pick up the mace and cardamom flavour though. Thought the Tandoori mix was a good portion and good selection. We decided to choose our own starters rather than the @21 odd offer for a mixture for 4 people. Not wild on onion Bhaji. The sheek Kebab was fine. One of my usual choices is Biryani. A dish that comes with rice and a separate sauce complete. Good addition of spices and an above average sauce to accompany it. Likewise the king prawn sag, a flavoursome spinach based dish.
Excellent service, very friendly and efficient. Restaurant atmosphere was good. I am sure this is a very reliable restaurant.
