5 of us stayed here for 2 nights as part of a running trip which started & finished in Cheltenham.
Our rooms were nicely decorated and looked to have been recently decorated. We ate in the hotels restaurant on the first night of our stay - really lovely thin and tasty pizzas. Breakfast next morning was really good - and set us up well for our trip. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
When we returned 3 days later our bags had been stored away safely and our rooms were ready - we even had our room upgraded to a suite on the top floor a lovely room with views out over the square. Very comfortable beds too. All in all a very nice place to stay - nice and quiet too. Will be back for a longer visit to see more of Cheltenham.

Room Tip: Top floor suite has nice big room with 2 sofas and big bath.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was nicely decorated and it was clean. The food was delicious, we ate in the hotel restaurant and the pizzas are certainly worth a try. The only mildly negative thing I could say is that our room (5) was very warm even with leaving the window open I think this could be over the kitchen (as the heating certainly wasn't on) which is something the hotel can't control. The was an electric fan In the room which was really handy

Recently stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is pretty, has warm and friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and does an excellent breakfast.

Room Tip: Book the more expensive room type (ground floor) if you have trouble with stairs.

My husband booked this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary and he came up trumps! The hotel is fairly small and intimate but professionally run like a larger establishment. The bar and restaurant are in the basement, we had a great meal on the first night
and enjoy drinks in the bar, both reasonably priced.
The hotel is a short, pleasant stroll from the centre of town or you can get a leisure pass from the hotel for £5 for entry to the local pool with spa facilities, just a couple of minutes walk away.
We'll definitely be returning to the hotel, & would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cheltenham or the surrounding area.

We used this as a stop off between North Wales and home. Owner friendly, room massive with four poster bed and nice bathroom with amazing shower. Drinks prices very good at £8 for two large glasses of red wine. Breakfast was also very good indeed with lots of bacon and two poached eggs - no scrimping. Room was very quiet too with free internet so what more could you want? The town centre was about a 10 min walk away as was the new Brewery complex for cinema, restaurants etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: All rooms pretty much the same I think.
