just spent the one night after a full-on day at the races! great rooms (we were comp'd up to a suite apartment across the square which was real luxury!) arrived early and arranged taxi to the races with Chris (very helpful) whilst waiting a nice old Irish fella tipped me the winner of the first race! 9-1! my day was made! comfy rooms, great breakfast, super location.
Pricey, but just about worth it i reckon.

Just got back from a very pleasant 4 nights at the Clarence Court in Cheltenham. The room we were allocated was number 19 on the first floor. It had a very large bed, plenty of room and a decent wet room with modern shower.

We ate in the restaurant at night twice and were not disappointed, the food was lovely. The breakfast fare was extensive and of a high standard.

The staff throughout were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location could not have been better. It is within a five minute walk of the town centre and a two minute walk of the Brewery Centre and it's restaurants and cinema. Despite the close proximity of the town centre the hotel is in a very quiet and picturesque square and I would not hesitate to recommend the Clarence Court to anyone.

Cheltenham itself is a pretty place and ideally situated for exploring the counties of Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire.

Recently stayed in room 4. Hotel, staff and room was fantastic. Best hotel I have stopped in for a while. Would recommend to both families and couples. Was sad that I only stopped one night. The only negative comment is the rooms are really warm but otherwise great stay.
