Second visit to this restaurant and can't fault it, although they were extremely busy the staff were attentive and we did not have an unduly long wait. Drinks were served immediately which left us a pleasant time to chat before the food arrived. The pulkled pork with bourbon glaze on the specials board was certainly special, we chose to have veg rather tyhan the coleslaw side which was not a problem.

Highly recommended

There's an outdoor area with a large playground. Great for keeping the kids amused while you wait for the dinner. Drinks are served immediately but dinner takes a bit longer. We ate at a picnic table outside. Perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 kids. We'll be back. Oh, and the food was excellent.

Undoubtedly the best Sunday dinner you will get in a pub. The staff are brilliant and Jason and Donna make everyone feel welcome.
On the menu you will find meats like rare roast beef and slow roasted Lamb (my personal favorite's), served with homemade Yorkshire puddings and FRESH veg. For three courses the value for the quality is exceptional.
Lovely pub in a quiet location equipped with Play area for the Children, Petting Zoo and an area for people who have dogs to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

Food very good and more than sufficient. Service was a little slow but they were busy at the time of our visit. Staff most helpful and friendly.
