We booked last minute for an evening meal on a Saturday. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were excellent throughout.
The menu was fairly small but had a reasonably choice of delicious sounding meals. There was plenty of choice for meat eaters, fish dishes and veggie. A nice touch was a wine selection for each item on the menu.
The wine list was also good, although the addition of Prosecco would be valued.
We had lamb and chicken for main, and cheesecake and cheese board for dessert, with a bottle of sparkling Chardonnay and it was around £70, so reasonable value.
The staff were polite, helpful and charming.
Only downside was the wait for our food, which was a little long, although we were kept informed by the waiter.
A lovely meal in nice surroundings, we'd recommend for a romantic meal for couples.
