“A great high walk”
Reviewed 13 July 2014

Super views across the Cotswolds. If the day is sunny be sure to put on lots of sunscreen. Everyone is out with their dog(s).

“On The Cotswold's Way”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

Interesting part of the walk, not very high in the grand scheme of things but fantastic views from the edges shared with dog walkers and golfers In amongst it all are the ancient earthworks of two Iron Age hill forts dating back to the end of the last millennium BCE.

“Escape to the Top of the World (Well Almost!) ;)”
Reviewed 26 June 2014

Cleeve Hill is the round year focus for a multitude of visitors. Dog-walker, walkers, sitters and starers, mountain bikers and walking off the sunday lunchers.
We parked, as we usually do, on the quarry car park, adjacent to the Cleeve Cloud Golf Club. Not so bad when it's dry, bit dodgy when it's wet. Setting out in as many directions as you need onto the well organised and recognised walking paths, such as the Costswold Route, you can explore in a wide radius that offers a decent breath of fresh air with wonderful views as far as the Welsh Borders and mountains beyond. You can visit the golf club for refreshments and stay and eat locally at the Rising Sun Hotel.
