My parents stayed here last year when visiting and I only needed a place for 1 night while some home renovations were being done. The room rate was better than many 3 star establishments on laterooms. The owner greeted me on arrival and showed me to a fairly spacious room, considering I booked a single. The room was spotless but managed to do it without looking sterile or lifeless. It may be a guest house but the guest rooms are furnished with very homely qualities. You feel the urge to just relax completely there.

Peter (owner) greeted me in the morning and the breakfast was excellent; large mushrooms, perfectly cooked meat, delicious tomato and all the continental stuff. Talking with him, I realised he is very well travelled man and I'm sure I recall he's related to Winston Churchill!

It's a 10/15 minute stroll to the town centre, the bn'b is located in a nice area (I know Cheltenham well) and most importantly, I slept like a log. If anyone asked me to recommend a place to stay in town, I'd suggest Badger Towers first and foremost. You want to start your vacation in a good mood and this is exactly what BT achieves in it's ambience and hospitality.

Upon arriving in the evening for a two night stay I was greeted at the door with a warm friendly welcome.
The room was spacious and I think the bed was a queen size rather than a single, fabulous. It was big the linen was lovely and I had a wonderfully comfortable night’s sleep. I'd recommend reading about their change of name in the guest folder; it's a good read with a happy ending.
The shower was powerful and hot, and the breakfast was delicious, the perfect way to start the day.
It’s a little way out of town, but that ensures a relaxing quiet stay.
A lovely guest house that I would highly recommend.

Stayed one Sat night for wedding in Cheltenham. Went to bed late and woke fairly early so didn't hear noises nor affected by other guests. The hosts were very polite and helpful and provided a map of the local area. It is a cosy B&B in a quiet area which is near town centre and not hard to find. Nice cooked breakfast with selection of cereals, yogurts, couple of juices and fruit. Badger theme so there are badgers everywhere and was even given a little Badger cuddly toy during Breakfast the next morning which is a nice touch. Got a good rate on Laterooms so was good value. Overall, a better place to stay than hotel chains such as Travelodge or Premier Inn.
