Have just returned from a night at this teriffic hotel. We booked a spring special which included dinner at a very good price. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, from check in, to dinner, some of the best service we have ever recieved!
We stayed in room 31,which was full of character and very cozy, lovely big bathroom as well. The food at dinner was sublime, every course delicious...Do not hesitate to book,it was a fantastic stay, and we will return.Special mention to Emmanuel,he is a credit to them and deserves a big pat on the back for his outstanding service!

Room Tip: We booked a standard double,no.31 which was lovely..our friends also had standard double which was smaller.

Wonderful stay and fantastic service from start to finish.
Beautiful room great bed and tv. Great selection of tea coffee an lovely biscuits!
The evening meal was perfect we were so well looked after an in the morning for breakfast. Great selection an lovely grilled full English.
Bags carried to room an offered back out polite chat made at end very warm.
Really lovely stay an walk round garden in the sun. Walked around Moreton in the marsh which had some lovely little shops an tea rooms would highly recommend great quality and price I felt.

I booked the suite dreams package as a treat for us both after I returned from working abroad, the online booking process was very straight forward and the hotel followed up with an email asking if there was anything else we required, a nice touch.
Arrival and check in were fine, Apple Cottage situated at the end of the garden with complete privacy. The cottage was very well equipped, warm as toast and felt very personal; not at all like something which had been booked.
The package included a cotswold cream tea which was delivered to the cottage, superb scones and lovely homemade jam.
The 8 course taster menu in the evening was fantastic; a cocktail and canapés in the bar where we were shown our personal taster menu; a cynic could say that it was simply a menu card in a binder with our name added but the personal touch was again just right, as was the touch to amend the menu if we decided that something was not too our liking.
We actually spent 3 hours sat in the dining room with each course and accompanying wine being explained. (If you book this package or just the taster menu you simply MUST take the wine flight with it, it makes all the difference.
Round the evening off with an hour in the hot tub in the cottage's private garden - perfect.
We will definitely be going back!

A little taste of luxury in the Cotswolds. Comfy beds which comes complete with a teddy if you have left your's at home. Rubber Ducks in the bathroom along with Morton Brown accessories. Enjoyed a fabulous Sunday Lunch, (just about managed the pudding). Cosy bar area or spacious library for relaxing in the evening. Set in a classic Cotswolds background, close to explore, Stow, Broadway and Bourton on Water. Looking forward to returning soon.

Stayed for a 2 day conference arranged at short notice. Rarely do you come away from a package like this without one area do dissatisfaction. 4 of us stayed , dined used both restaurants and used bedroom and conference facilities. I was so impressed I arranged a national sales conference the next day. Not only were the facilities as good as described it's the staff that make the difference and they were first rate. Nothing was too much trouble. The food is superb and the wine surprisingly reasonable there is an excellent Barolo worth trying. Enjoy

Room Tip: Room at the rear to avoid traffic as it's in the High Street
