I stayed and ate here for 1 night with colleagues. The rooms are a bit tired but do have character, although the bathroom was very tired and lacked proper lighting, especially when trying to shave in the mirror. Not sure the rooms are worth £90 per night!
The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well.
Real coffee available in the room which is always a welcome touch.
Food was exceptional, had the fish cake to start followed by the pork tenderloin, then sticky toffee pudding for desert. All were great and cooked just right, the prices were fine, not to expensive.
Breakfast was very good, nice selection, good food and good coffee!
Would stay againMore
