My wife and I had a two night stay on an Amazon deal.Superb value, the ground floor accommodation in the old stable block was perfect for anyone with mobility problems. The food was excellent but what most impressed us were the staff who were service personified. As we live only an hour away, this will be one of our "go to" places for our regular chill out breaks.

Room Tip: Ground floor accommodation perfect for those with mobility problems.

Excellent hotel, location and service. Just a few niggles, that did NOT spoil the weekend but I was asked for any comments.
1. Same breakfast both days, full English and scrambled eggs with salmon. Nothing wrong with the food, but I am sure the portions where slightly smaller Sunday morning. (Hotel was very busy)
2. Could not find, if there where any, the two pin power points for my razor. (Luckily, it was fully charged)
3. The toiletries where not renewed/replaced.
Could not fault the staff, very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good although a bit expensive. We will be going back as overall the stay at the hotel was very enjoyable.

A really perfect hotel stay in the very center of Moreton-in-Marsh. The building is charming, rooms clean and well-cared for. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast in the oh-so-charming dining room is very good, whether you have the full English breakfast or eggs and toast. The breakfast buffet is also substantial with cereal, breads, two different kinds of yogurt, and more, in case you are in a rush. The location could not be improved. You can look right down on the Town Market on Market Day on Tuesdays. The price is terrific for this experience.

A lovely small hotel in a great Cotswold setting. The hotel was a mix of contemporary style with an old fashioned cosy feel, with a great bar serving real ale in front of the log fire. The restaurant served excellent food and all the staff were helpful and very friendly. A great base to explore the Cotswolds.

We stayed for a two night quick "honeymoon" break as we just got married and found it the perfect place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful.we stayed in room 303 one of the stable rooms which was very comfortable with lovely huge bathroom.
The sherry decanter was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed. Minor complaint that the decanter was very sticky and obviously not freshly cleaned.
We look forward to a return visit in the summer.

Hotel was chosen by friends for a 50th birthday celebration and dinner. The hotel is as old as it states and the room was fitted out to a very high standard even though it over 400 years old! Lots of smaller areas to meet in small groups, friendly staff and the bedroom very quiet despite being on the main street. Dinner was good standard and service could not be faulted.
Only negative points would be the rooms and restaurant were very hot (November) and shower was luke warm in the evening (fine in the morning)
