“Nice bar menu but very overpriced!”
Reviewed 7 October 2013

We have had lunch a several times over the past few years here as we love to drop in for their sausage and onion sandwiches, however, after returning again at the weekend the quality of the sandwich has dropped and the price has increased!
I can't comment on the restaurant menu but the bar menu is really nice with lots of sandwiches, baguettes, burgers, buckets of various things such as chicken wings, scampi etc, BUT, they are all very, very overpriced, for example it was £6.95 for our sausage sandwich and that was for 2 sausages in thin, small bread with a few chips, a blob of coleslaw and the obligatory little salad, £5 for this would suffice, but, then looking at the menu and they are charging £10.95 for a cheese and pickle baguette and over £10.95-£11.95 for a burger there are other places I would rather go to for a quick lunch and unfortunately we probably won't go again.

“Excellent pub food”
Reviewed 5 October 2013 via mobile

Called in for some 'late' lunch mid afternoon. They serve all day with different menus replacing at different times of day.
The afternoon menu has plenty of choice from a few pub favourites to sandwiches, baskets and burgers.
I had ham and tomatoe sandwich and my partner had a burger, both came with side salad, calslaw and a basket of fries.
The service, food and presentation was excellent. Another plus, plenty of real ales to choose from. The place has a very friendly atmosphere and as we visit the Cotswolds often, we will definatley eat here again.

“Awesome food”
Reviewed 29 September 2013

Didn't stay here but ate in restaurant one evening. All we can say is "awesome". The restaurant is cosy and has a really lovely atmosphere. Hubby had pork and I had lamb...melted in your mouth. Presentation was fantastic, its making me hungry just thinking about it. I am particularly fussy about the temperature of my red wine....and you might guess, it was spot on! Would highly recommend to anyone - well done Mr Burton!.

“The best all day food in Moreton in the Marsh”
Reviewed 22 September 2013

Unfortunately we left it a little late to find a lunch venue last Saturday so our choices were rather limited at 3pm. Luckily we stumbled across the Redesdale Arms! Not the cheapest but great quality bar meals with enormouse breasts of fresh chicken for their chicken burgers with homemade coleslaw and traditional French fries. We were a little gutted that we missed the lunch/evening menu which looked great, with lots of fish dishes, mussels and local produce mains, but the bar meals were amongst the best we've tried!

“Expensive food”
Reviewed 21 September 2013

£10.95 for a cheese and pickle baguette and a few fries was very poor value for money. We expected better for the price than a reheated, frozen baguette and a single layer of grated cheese!
total bill £27 plus for a small coke a shandy and two baguettes.
