“Quiet and restful.”

The house is designed for holidays for extended family's. Lounge seats 8 comfortably with lots of games and baby toys. The kitchen table is great feature. I would give a 5 rating but for the following:
The toilets could do with a bit more bleach.
The kitchen floor requires a bit more cleaning effort.
Shower floors are showing a bit of mould.
I am not happy about having to sort other people's rubbish ready for rubbish day. It's unfortunate if you book rubbish week, you inherited the previous people's rubbish!
Otherwise VERY nice and definitely recommended.

Service provided was excellent. Property is spotlessly clean, well equipped, warm and very comfortable. Showers are excellent. House is perfect for 8 people. The location is excellent with a short walk to the beautiful town.
Plenty of parking and area is peaceful and quiet.
Everything to like and nothing of significance to dislike really. Wine glasses a little small!
We experienced a superb weekend with family ranging from 86 years old to 17 months.
Thank you!

“Home from home”

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Birch House last weekend. The house was very clean and very well equipped for every occasion. Very modern and high spec. Showers were great! Milk in the fridge, bread, tea coffee and biscuits were all very welcome on arrival.Other things in the cupboard such as herbs and spices etc.The house is just 5 minutes walk to shops, pubs and eating places. We had a superb lunch and cream tea at the old bakery cafe.We would definitely go back if thinking of coming this way again.

“Absolutely Delightful”

Five college friends of 51 years travelled to the British Isles and our country experience was spent at this delightful gem of an accommodation, Birch House . Pictures do not do it justice as it is far more charming. Being able to wash and dry clothes from a week of traveling to Scotland before arriving at Birch House was wonderful. A quick walk to the center of town you find delightful folks, shops, eateries, coop and sights that take you back in time. Birch House is so well equipped that many nights dinner was served around a wonderful farm table where we reviewed our days of exploring the Cotswolds. This area of England should not be missed in your travels and Birch House should be your base for travel. CJP Tours picked the 6 of us up at the front door and squired us around this charming part of England.

This was a perfect property for a friends 40th birthday. The kitchen/dining room was used the most for socialising, but all the rooms were lovely and spacious, and to have 3 bathrooms was excellent, all with great showers. We made good use of the table tennis room as well.
It only took 5 minutes to walk to the main square, and we did a walk to Lower and Upper Slaughter, which was beautiful. Also a great location to visit surrounding towns and villages, of which Bourton-on-the-Water was our favourite.

“Location very good and good facilities at property”

Birch House had all we needed for a birthday celebration weekend. Children loved the different toys and location was excellent for a short stroll into town.
Would recommend this property.

Birch House was set up to meet all our needs. The house was clean and stocked with basic needs. Bedrooms were comfortable and having three bathrooms upstairs, was outstanding.
