Tasty food. Ordered Takeaway, which took about 30 minutes.
Very few places open the evening before the Horse Fair. This was one and perfectly adequate.

We had a reservation for 7.30 pm, but the table was not available until 8 pm. This wouldn't have been a problem, except that there was no room for our family to sit and wait for a table to be ready - we were left with the choice of standing in the street or outside the restaurant's toilets. Most of the dishes we ordered were very poor and our meal didn't arrive until almost half past nine - too late for young children. The restaurant could be intimate and charming, but the endless procession of deliveries and take outs through the restaurant meant it felt more like a thoroughfare. The service was also charmless - not a great night out! Perhaps we caught the restaurant on an off-night but I am not so sure - I think this restaurant just needs some competition to get it to raise its game.

Good Indian restaurant - best to book as it's not very big inside. Service was a little slow, probably due to the fact that they were doing a roaring takeaway service.

We stayed with our granddaughters and fancied a take away curry. Imagine my surprise when I was told "we don't deliver for two meals". As we had already had a drink, going to collect was not an option so we ended up ordering four meals two of which went into the freezer. All very odd and a rather cheeky way of getting you to increase your order. I am guessing this is the only curry house in the area? Needs competition. Food wasn't bad, but not brilliant.
