The town of Tetbury is well worth a visit especially if you like individual shops and local history. Prince Charles is living in the next village at Highgrove and there is the Highgrove shop on the main street. There are lots of antique shops, book shops and a very nice clock shop if your interested in movement clocks. The Snooty Fox pub on the cross roads is a good place for a drink or meal and also has accommodation. Lots of history connected with this pub. In the town there are some very nice coffee houses for lunches or afternoon teas. You must visit the church where the Royals go when at home. Small market on Saturday and Wednesday located in the centre under the old Town Hall. Over the last year many small shops have gone but it is still worth the visit. Car parking is available in organised car parks but don't clog the streets to avoid paying because it is cheap to pay for two hours parking.
