I visit here once a week as my daughter loves the hospitality staff here. they always make a fuss and make us feel welcome a true credit to the store.
The food is as it should be but i find it frustrating that they change the menu ingredients without informing customers. Maybe a little tag stating NEW RECEPIE on the menu board. i have a dairy intollerant child and dont appreciate it when milk is slipped in to the food we have been eating for the last 2 years.
the staff are mostly very nice (we all have bad days) but i do find the people in white shirts (Shift Leaders/Supervisors??) can be a little power happy and speak to the staff in a very derogative manner in front of yes the customers??? why would you do that? a lot more training needed for these guys(especially when you complain about cold food)
if you dont like peppery food then make sure you ask for your bugers without the burger seasoning as they can be very handy with it. I still wonder why they would put this on a childs burger.
the parking is terrible very limited spaces and i have yet to go through the drive through without parking up for 5-10 mins even when it has been taken with the hand held half way through the parking lot. You cook burgers non stop at busy times so why do i have to park up for a kids burger plain?,,,,really... if i could park in your stupidly small carpark dont you think I would have come in and ate my food.
Really not rocket science/.....
