My review is restricted to the Sunday Lunch provided by this establishment. I have eaten there many times and never been disappointed.
There is a choice of two or three courses and although basically a carvery with a good selection of meats, plated meals are also offered as an alternative. At around £16 for a two course meal and a little more for all three courses I think it is good value. This price includes coffee.
The venue is good; the staff are friendly and welcoming. If I have a criticism it is that the many, many desserts on offer are not described, nor is what is in them. Fortunately I have no food allergies but those who do might be very nervous about eating some of the desserts on display.
The final praise? Eat meals on four occasions and your fifth one is free. What more could you ask?More
