Firstly I have to say that if you've looking for luxury accommodation then this is not for you, however this should be apparent by the price. On arrival we had one or two problems but they were sorted out quickly.As I said this is not luxury but has everything that you need and the bedding was clean and looked new. The house is a couple of minutes walk to great bus links for around the city and is about 15 minutes walk to the sea front. It is in a residential area but is very quiet.The stairs are very steep so if you have someone with limited mobility it might not be for you. Ok for a base at a lower price, and good for a larger family.

We stayed here for the weekend of the victorious festival. Everything was walking distance from the property and local shops were a few moments away.
7 of us stayed here very comfortably and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Landlord was helpful when contacted.
