The reception staff where very helpful through out our stay. The room was very clean & the air con worked really well on such a hot weekend. The bed was very clean & comfy. The shower was really powerful & refreshing.

I stay in these all the time. This was like many others - clean, affordable and hospitable. There is a Supermarket, a PizzaHut and a pub in walking distance if you fancy a change from the in-house facilities which are perfectly fine. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel, it ticks all the boxes!

A lovely hotel, clean and modern. Our room was a family room it was very nice and spacious even with 5 of us. The air con worked really well and was a god send !! Staff were fantastic, professional and friendly. Breakfast was spot on, lots of choice, fresh and well presented. Just beware of the revolving door that tries to eat children !! Joking aside though my daughter got her foot trapped under the revolvong door as there was quite a large gap. Thankfully we managed to get the door stopped and free her foot without serious injury. The staff were fantastic and rushed to help. One in particular a guy from either the bar or restaurant was a star, he immediately got us an ice pack and elevated her foot. He also got us drinks and managed to distract my little girl with sweets !!

Second stay at this hotel. Arrived at 8pm, having checked in online. Was with my young daughter. Was a hot day and the windows were open, which I closed because it's noisy. This was fine though as the air conditioning was very good. Room very clean. Very comfy bed and pillows. Has a great nights sleep. Great shower. Great breakfast. No complaints. Does what it says on the tin!!

stayed for 1 night with family including 4 children. We had 3 family rooms which were spotless and roomy even with the additional bed. The rooms do not have a bath just a fantastic shower. the sink is in the main room. Very warm welcome with excellent service from all staff in Reception, the Bar and the Restaurant. Free parking. Ideal for our return trip as close to A3 via M27

This is the third time that we have stayed at this hotel and as usual every aspect was perfect including staff, room, restaurant. The location was perfect for visiting the area. The only aspect that might be of concern is the traffic noise from the very busy road system around the hotel but this is pointed out in all the information regarding the hotel on websites etc so you have been warned if this is a problem - it wasn't for us or we wouldn't have stayed there 3 times !

So disappointed to be writing a negative review about a Premier Inn. While the hotel was clean and the staff friendly, it was impossible to sleep in the suffocating room. I'm someone who always feels the cold, but on this occasion even I struggled. The whole hotel was sweltering. We had been told at check-in that the rooms were particularly warm and we'd been provided with a fan - but we really couldn't sleep at all, which isn't ideal the night before travelling. The fan circulated hot air and the window only opens about an inch - we understand this is for safety purposes but it's very frustrating when there is no way of cooling the room down.
On the positive side, we had dinner in the Beefeater restaurant next door which was really lovely - friendly staff and a plentiful menu to choose from. But Premier Inn really ought to ensure continuity in their hotels - we've recently stayed in Premier Inns in Hull, Leeds and Manchester that had air conditioning and all Premier Inns ought to have this, in our opinion.
