We had overnight stay at this modern family friendly hotel while visiting Peppa Pig World.
i called the hotel just before our arrival and spoke to Michelle at reception and asked if we could have rooms close together.
With such a late request i was not very hopeful but she managed to do it for us.Not only that on the next day I asked if we could keep one of the rooms past the check out time and she arranged that too!Thank you so much Michelle.
The rooms we had were very cosy beautifully decorated and well equipped.
The main dining area where we had breakfast was also lovely and had a great atmosphere and the staff serving us were very attentive and really happy to help.
We enjoyed our continental breakfast which included all the usual suspects but also had a waffle maker and coffee was from the bar so we lattes and cuppcinos.
I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Southampton.

Fantastic room, very clean and modern, especially the bathroom. Kids loved it. Parking is a must if not staying on Sunday. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Check in was quick. As title says, would definitely stay again

I can not recommend this newly opened hotel enough. What a great concept, apartment style rooms which were clean and large. A friendly and comfortable lounge area with a great selection of craft beers, gins and cocktails (2 for one offers too). A 2pm check out made this the ideal place to stay and great value too. This is how family friendly hotels should be done !
