      Exceptional quality!

      Nina and Howard were exceptional hosts in every way, providing excellent breakfasts with attention to food sensitivities, offering great advice on local dining options, and driving directions to reach the Isle of Wight Ferry. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated.

      A 5* Accomodation

      What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful white bedlinen, bounteous hospitality tray, everywhere spotless. A breakfast cooked and presented to perfection. Ideal location for our trip to the Rose Bowl. Shall certainly stay there again.

      Fabulous

      Its all been said before, but I feel I want to add my review. I stayed one night in the single room. Cosy and comfortable, with lovely fresh decor. Fantastic attention to detail, with everything in the room you could possibly need. A generous hospitality tray, and even a magnifying mirror! Lovely white bed linen, fabulous shower, everything pristine and sparkling. Excellent wifi signal in the room too.
      Superbly cooked, delicious breakfast, in a delightful setting, with lovely table linen and cutlery. Relaxed and friendly hosts.
      A peaceful, restful, experience, that I look forward to repeating at this top quality B & B.

      Look no further

      Having stayed here before, we did not hesitate at staying here again when we found out they were opening over the Christmas period, as before we was made most welcome by Nina and Howard. The rooms as usual were spotless, breakfast outstanding, and the muffins to die for. Anyone who has stayed here before will know exactly what I mean when I say you need look no further.

      Room Tip: We found all the rooms that we have used (2 a single, 3 &4 twins,) quiet and well prepared. All have a good size shower cubicle. Good parking.

      poached eggs heaven

      Superb guest house. Only stayed one night on route to a family christening, but this must be one of the best guest houses in Britain. Attention to detail and quality is amazing. Hosts were very welcoming and recommended an excellent Indian restaurant nearby
