firstly the bar, when we arrived a refreshing drink was needed, we waited for a long time until another colleague from the hotel came and asked if we needed serving, when we said yes they went off to try and find a bar person, we finally got ours drinks, no apology given for not being around.....second attempt to use the bar,,,,once again no staff at the bar, when they arrived we ordered food and drink and was told it would be out shortly. we waited and waited before our order was even passed to someone to make it as the bar person was chatting to a colleague, when we asked how long we were told yes yes yes , and if this is customer service from novotel hotels this will be my last stay with them.
