We stayed here the night before our transatlantic cruise on Celebrity Eclipse.
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. From our window we could see our ship the next morning.

we thought breakfast was a bit expensive, so we elected to go to the McDonalds nearby as did many other cruisers!

The hotel is located a short walk from a huge shopping center with lots of places to eat. It is also walkable to the cruise terminal if you can cope with your luggage. We chose to take a taxi since we were not sure which way to enter the cruise terminal. Fare was 3 pounds.

We would stay here again if we were embarking on a cruise in Southampton.

Room Tip: Choose a room on a higher floor overlooking the cruise terminal.

Booked this Hotel months in advance and was looking forward to a decent evening meal and breakfast prior to going on a cruise. First of all the room: very disappointing and very dated, toilet separate from the bathroom. Reception staff very friendly, restaurant was very disappointing and you had a set menu if you had booked an evening meal. Food was very poor and staff brought the wrong choice of food..twice! Bar price for a bottle of Bulmers cider..£5.20..get a grip of yourselves.
Breakfast was ok but nothing brilliant, certainly not worth paying £166 for the package we got and we will certainly not return. No porters available that we could see to assist with luggage and we were thankfully assisted by a cleaner on arrival with 4 cases. Give this a miss as there is far superior and cheaper hotels in Southampton, there is even one in the same car park.

Room Tip: Stop at the first hotel in the car park!

Many thank for taking the time to write your thoughts here on tripadvisor, I am sorry you felt our product was not up to our 4 star standards. We do have a separate Bathroom and Toilet area in our rooms. Our Menus and pricing reflect the style of the hotel and are competitive with similar standards of hotels and I have passed on your comments to our food and beverage team. We do have our economy brand Ibis & Ibis Budget located next door and do hope you will choose Accor if stay in Southampton again.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel on the 15th November prior to a cruise. The reception staff were first class,as we're all the other staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We would recomend this hotel without hesitation.
