I arrived here quite late in the night and could not find it .... One can not immagine there is a hotel in the middle between West Quay and IKEA.
Anyhow, it was a very surpise for me: the room was large, clean and well equipped. The bathroom was ok.
The breakfast excellent, the staff helpful and gentle. I had some troubles with the bathroom and they solved everything very quickly and efficiently.
The position, although not central, is actually interesting. It is possible to reach High Street and Above Bar Street (the main street of the city) in just 5 minutes walking.

Stayed in Premier inn as a base for our trip to peppa pig world in Paultons Park. cannot recommend the place highly enough. Extremely child friendly, staff service & food were all excellent. Rooms were spotless clean and decent size for 2 adults & 2 small kids. It only a 10 min drive to Paultons Park and right beside the excellent west quay shopping centre. I stay in a lot of hotels through work & leisure and for what we were looking for this could not have worked out any better.

We got a bargain £29 room for 2 nights at the beginning of August and we thought this hotel was very good. As the hotel is new (opened in May) the rooms were spotless and had tea and coffee facilities, flat screen tv and air conditioning in all the rooms (which was a god send, as the weather was hot during our stay)!! It is next door to the West Quay shopping centre and here is where you keep your car as there is no on-site parking. It cost £5 for 23 hours and the hotel validates your ticket. The first night we stayed, the hotel's restaurant in the evening was very busy, but the staff were all very friendly and hard working. We thought the food was pretty good and they had some great deals on and the bar area had a nice relaxing atmosphere to it. In the morning however, it was a bit chaotic at breakfast, as there didn't seem to be enough staff to cope with the amount of people turning up in the restaurant to eat.
There is not a lot to do in the immediate vacinity, but we walked approx 1 mile from the hotel and visited the Ocean Village marina, which had a few bars and restaurants, which were nice to spend a few hours in.
The majority of visitors to this hotel are cruisers and families visiting Poultons Park/Peppa Pig World, but for the price we had a really nice time and feel it is worth another visit in the near future.

Room Tip: All the rooms are identical and feel there are no rooms better than others.

Stayed here for the last 2 nights,,cracking cracking hotel. Perfect location right next to Ikea and a massive shopping center. Parking is in the multi storey right next door,,not miles away like some have said. You can tell this is one of their new inns as the reception is modern and also has some easy check in terminals. Rooms are standard prem inn, but still have the spotless clean look and smell of a just built hotel. The restaurant and bar are exactly what you need,,, book a table time when you check in as this is a pre cruise hotel building a rapid reputation and will be busy. All the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Food is standard prem inn menu , but it is all cooked well and the meal deal for 22 quid is pretty good value. All in all a faultless stay.

A new hotel, friendly staff, excellent room, tasty food, easy parking, ultra-convenient for the cruise liners and the big shops. So why not a five star rating? Well, it would have been but for the shambles at breakfast time on a busy Sunday. The restaurant is far too small for the number of guests, which means a lengthy queue to get a table. Once in the restaurant, an equally long queue for the hot buffet, simply because of the design of the servery and the fact that dishes coming from the kitchen were too small and emptied rapidly, resulting in a further wait for fried eggs, bacon, sausage etc. etc. We felt really sorry for the staff having to constantly apologize for the delays. Premier Inns really need a serious discussion with their architects!
If they sort things out this hotel will be unbeatable.
At a slack time of year, an excellent place to stay. Peak season - think twice, especially if you've got young children in tow.
