Stayed a fortnight ago before going cruising and we were very pleased. Very clean and the food was good. The Staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble - helped with our luggage. Car parking was easy and we were very close to the docks

If its to be centrally situated West Quay hits the spot. Its centrally situated, all shops and amenities are on the door step, which incluedes West Quay shopping mall. The car park is right behind the hotel, and if you are staying more than 1 night, and don't have to use your car ,then its only one £5 fee, for the the whole stay.

Stayed one night before going to Isle of Wight. 10 min walk from hotel to "Red Funnel" that takes you over to Isle of Wight. 5 min walk from central bus station - excellent! 5 min with taxi to the train station. Next to the "old town" if you fancy beeing a tourist and the hotel is situated just oposit the swimmingpool if you want to exercise.
Clean hotel, nice room, nice breakfast facillities with friendly staff even if they where bussy this morning. have storage fcilities for luggage :-) Can absolutely be recomended.

Stayed here on the 26th April 2014 for a stag do. The staff were welcoming and offered suggestions of good places to eat and drink.

Rooms were clean and spacious and the double bed was very comfy. Perfect place to stop over for cruise etc as very close to the docks.

We went to the casino/nightclub near by and it was the perfect spot for a night out. The main doors of the hotel are locked at night, but there is a night porter and you can use your room key to gain access at any time.

There is no parking at the hotel, but you can park in the multi-storey next door and if you get your ticket validated by premier inn it only costs £5 for 24 hrs.

Breakfast was good and well worth the additional charge.

One thing I would say-make sure you put your 'do not disturb' sign on your door otherwise the cleaning ladies will just walk in really early in the morning without any warning.
