Me and my boyfriend visited here last week, we struggled to find somewhere to eat in Portswood on a busy Saturday evening but with a wait of 30 minutes without previous booking, we decided to stay here, encouraged by a free beer !!
We opted for the sharing set menu 1 which included 2 starters, 2 curries with rice, poppadum's and a naan bread for £26.90 which we felt was a reasonable price as we couldn't even finish it all we were so full !!!!! It was delicious food though and best chicken tikka masala from my experiences as wasn't too spicy and had a lot of flavour !!!
We had good customer service but we thought that this element of the restaurant could do with improvements - perhaps another waiting staff as some tables we saw had to wait a long time for food and the staff seemed very stressed out as they were so busy.
Congrats to the chef, apparently he is only 22 - very impressive - he will do well !!
