“Went for a stadium tour and it was great”
Reviewed 19 August 2014

We went to the stadium for a tour and it was fantastic. We were given the tour by an avid Southampton supporter. He was lovely and knew so much. The children loved the changing rooms and sitting where David Beckham has sat.

“Saints game v Newcastle”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

What more could I say we are Saints supporters but this stadium has a wonderful atmosphere. On the South side of the town it may prove a long walk for visiting supporters from the train station. Parking is not great and it is hard to get away after a game but there is a bus back to the train station £2 each way per person which can work out expensive. It used to be free years ago when you showed your ticket but I suppose times are hard.

“COYR”
Reviewed 23 July 2014

A well thought out and comfortable sports stadium that is also used as an occasional music venue. A clean venue, comfortable seats, plentiful & accessible toilets. Catering is for the masses, invariably long queues at half-time. A safe stadium with young family friendly areas. parking is problematic on match days, best to park in City Centre and walk in - 15 minutes

“super saints, super stadium”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

Saints are my team, so i may be a teeny bit bias, but i have been to many stadiums, also in other countries. ST Marys is kept spotless, the ladies toilets are very clean, and there are plenty of them, so even at peak times, if you see a queue...it will move quickly. i have been to many stadiums where the few toilets they had were filthy eg pompey.
The food in the ground is very good, and again, even at peak times, the queue moves quickly, and i have never had to wait too long. It is clearly well managed, and enough staff are in place at those vital peak times. They also serve wine...which very few stadiums do, even the top premier teams...it all adds to my enjoyment, as i love live footie. The stewards also do a brilliant job, i have never seen any trouble, and they are quick to respond to anti social behaviour, which really makes you feel safe and enjoy the whole experience. Unlike some stadiums, i have been to a few, including pompey again, that even turn a blind eye to fans smoking in the stadium. Bad stewards, they need to come to St Marys and see how to do it all properly.
Well done to all the staff at ST Marys. can i have a free ticket please lol
